Burnt pizza is one thing mistakes happen, but attitude with staff is another! They couldn’t offer courtesy delivery to replace the pizza. “WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE DELIVERY?? I DIDN’T MAKE IT! What?? Customer service skills are lacking!

My fiance and I moved to the area recently and have had trouble finding the usual pizza places. I finally ended up doing a Google search and found B2. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. The pizza was a couple buck more than expected but it was delicious and the toppings were generous. We will definitely be coming here again!
