- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Owner approached my husband a few weeks ago with rude and condensensing remarks for being across the road parked enjoying a coffee and making a call while parked (not on his lot). Claims he's running "Tourism Elmvale" and apparently has control of the activities across the road in a place he is not the owner of, or a tenant of. It's unfortunate.
